Construction
The chalets and flats “Beim Waicher” combine the traditional, alpine wooden block construction of Chiemgau with the comforts of modern living.
Rustic alpine huts from the outside, our unique 5* comfort awaits you in each of our chalets or suites, leaving you to do without nothing.
Our attitude towards nature and the environment is particularly important to us, which is why we make sure that everything we do is built in a way that is close to nature and almost climate-neutral.
For 2022/23 we have been repeatedly certified by Viabono with climate efficiency class A. Each overnight stay in our establishment generates only 6.25 kg of CO². These are compensated for through project funding in Central America. If you only consider the CO² emissions for our primary energy demand, this amounts to -1.6 kg.
Your stay with us is climate neutral. An overnight stay with us does not pollute the environment with CO².
